After road and rave anthems ‘Ring’ and ‘Man In The Boot’ from Chronik, new material from Tempa T and a recent classic in ‘Streets Of Rage 2′ from Rage, Slew Dem are back in full force. The East London crew are one of the most respected in the game having been active since the early days, representing on stations such as Flava and Rinse with other members G-Man, Lex and Pit and their in-house DJs Matty D and Spooky.

Their productions were supplied largely by Waifer, a notoriously elusive producer who’s recent comeback to the scene is excitingly promising; they also struck gold with ‘Joyride’, a project with Spooky whos beats will be the highlight of the night when he teams up with the group behind “Maybach”, a club night at The Alibi in Dalston, East London.

To celebrate his appearance at the event Spooky has recorded a phenomenal 100% Slew Dem, which you can listen to below. It’s choc-full of Grime classics such as Waifer’s ‘Gunman Riddim’ and Tempa T’s ‘Stageshow Riddim’, as well as a couple of features from the legendary Esco (R.I.P).
